What is Reiki?

Reiki energy is everywhere and in all things. It connects everything and has a consciousness that allows everything to be in a constant state of communication. An important concept to understand is that Reiki is not sent, it is always drawn in by the recipient through the practitioner. This is what separates Reiki and other types of energy work. Reiki can be done in-person or via a distance. Either way is perfectly perfect and has the same healing energy.
